Application Developer – Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture

About the role

We are looking for an Application Developer specialized in Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture to design, build, and configure applications that support our business processes. The role is based in our Cebu office and requires close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert on Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture.
• Lead and coordinate a development team, making key technical decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and implement application solutions.
• Provide problem‑solving support for the immediate team and other groups.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of development milestones.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture.
• Must be legally authorized to live and work in the Philippines.
• No recent or active applications with Accenture.
• Stable employment history (not a frequent job hopper).

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture.
• Experience with PLM customization.
• Understanding of system integration and data migration processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
