About the role
UPS is looking for an Air Compliance Manager to develop, implement and monitor safety and compliance programmes within its air operations. The role also covers risk assessment, root cause analysis and ensuring staff meet certification and training requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor safety and compliance programmes
- Conduct risk assessments and put in place mitigation measures
- Lead root cause analysis and ensure quality corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure all staff maintain valid certifications and meet mandatory training requirements
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in airline safety, quality assurance or regulatory compliance
Required skills
- Deep knowledge of IATA manuals and aviation safety frameworks
- Familiarity with safety reporting and compliance monitoring
- Strong analytical and incident investigation abilities
- Understanding of root-cause analysis and risk mitigation strategies
