AI Scrum Master

About the role

Encora is hiring an AI Scrum Master in BGC, Taguig City, working in a hybrid setup with two days onsite per week. You will guide a team of engineers in turning theoretical explorations into practical, production-grade solutions, using AI-powered development tools and automated testing. The role suits someone who values value-driven delivery, embodies the DevOps mindset and advocates for process transformation through automation and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement and Release Planning.
• Coach the squad on Agile, Scrum, Lean and New Ways of Working principles, and foster a self-organizing, cross-functional team culture.
• Remove impediments and blockers affecting sprint commitments, velocity and productivity.
• Track and share sprint progress, capacity, velocity, burn-down metrics and delivery risks with stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Owners, Architects and Engineering teams on backlog readiness, prioritization and alignment with business goals.
• Make sure user stories are well defined, estimated and have clear acceptance criteria before sprint execution.
• Support release planning and coordination, and balance scope, timeline, resources and technical constraints for predictable delivery.
