About the role
The Advisory Associate will join PwC's Deals Corporate Finance team in Makati, supporting clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle. You will help originate, structure, execute and realise value from transactions, leveraging data‑driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively assist the team on all project phases, from initiation to completion.
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality client deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of technical expertise within the team.
- Stay informed on local and national business and economic trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Build internal relationships and promote the PwC brand.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Philippines Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure.
- Strong analytical mindset with a problem‑solving orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment.
