About the role
The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations by coordinating communications and activities among executives, employees, clients, and external partners. This role ensures smooth information flow and assists in maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives, staff, clients, and external partners.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting logistics for senior personnel.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in handling inquiries and providing timely responses.
Required profile
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.

- Competitive salary ranging from ₱20,000 to ₱25,000 per month.
