About the role
We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant who can support daily office operations with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation with minimal supervision.
- Communicate clearly via email, chat, and phone, maintaining a professional tone in all interactions.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate basic travel arrangements with attention to detail.
- Follow established processes and SOPs to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative or clerical support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions independently.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
