Ad Graphic Designer – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

STERRY, a growth‑marketing agency, is looking for a creative, data‑driven Ad Graphic Designer to join its remote marketing team. You will turn strategic goals into high‑impact visual narratives, using AI‑generated imagery as a core asset across all ad layouts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key messaging.
• Develop innovative ad concepts for digital and print placements, including social media, display, email, and banner ads.
• Generate, curate, and refine AI‑produced images (e.g., Magnific, Adobe Firefly) and integrate them seamlessly into designs.
• Ensure all ad designs align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
• Optimize designs for various platforms and formats, considering mobile and desktop performance.
• Conduct market research and stay current with AI trends and design tools.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Work with the marketing team to A/B test ad designs and iterate based on data insights.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high‑quality designs on time.
• Edit and enhance raw model photos according to client standards.
• Translate promotional creatives for DE, MX, UK, JA markets while maintaining design balance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field (optional).
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong advertising portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
