About the role
The Acquisition Manager will drive the growth of our SCommerce platform by identifying and securing new seller partnerships. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and contribute to the company’s overall expansion strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
- Collaborate with Seller Ops Service, Relationship Managers, and Key Account Managers to streamline seller onboarding.
- Guide sellers through onboarding, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, processes, and market conditions in an agile environment.
- Provide regular performance reports, highlight improvement areas, and optimize acquisition processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role, preferably within e‑commerce.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous setting.
- Familiarity with seller onboarding processes is a plus.
