About the role
Hanston Properties Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join its finance team in Pasig City. The role focuses on managing billing, collections, payments and receivables to support the company’s long‑standing real‑estate operations. The position is full‑time, on‑site, with a monthly salary ranging from ₱24,000 to ₱28,000.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in accordance with contractual terms.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection.
- Record all payments and receivable transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Reconcile receivable accounts and generate regular aging reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards.
