Accounts Payable Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Global Shared Service Centre team. The role ensures delivery of services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the team meets its KPIs and SLAs, preparing regular performance reports.
• Prepare, review and discuss business reports for supported divisions in accordance with service agreements.
• Motivate, coach and develop team members through performance appraisals and individual development plans.
• Maintain a resiliency plan with backup systems and up‑to‑date process documentation.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects and foster strong relationships with internal customers and counterparts.
• Ensure internal controls comply with IFRS, company policies, applicable GAAP and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related business field.
• Minimum six years of relevant experience, including at least four years in a specific process area and two years in a shared services environment.
• Experience with process migration and process improvement initiatives is advantageous.
• Knowledge of PMP, Prince2 or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
