Accounting and Finance Head

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting and Finance Head to lead the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, compliance and internal control functions while managing and developing the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Lead annual budget planning, monitor performance against budgets and forecast future results.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and bank relationships.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, local regulations (BIR, SEC) and accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain internal control policies to safeguard assets and reduce financial risk.
• Supervise, mentor and train the accounting and finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
• 5‑10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a health insurance company is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with financial reporting software such as SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
