Accounting Analyst II – Overheads & R2R

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Analyst II to support record‑to‑report (R2R) processes, overhead accounting, and month‑end close activities. The role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our financial records while complying with company policies and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, balance sheets, profit‑and‑loss statements, and capital expenditure schedules.
• Process payroll, accruals, pre‑payments, bonuses, AIP/IIP, travel & entertainment, credit‑card entries, and ad‑hoc journal entries.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Generate statutory accounts, financial statements, and management reports.
• Collaborate with payroll, cash, AR, AP, and other stakeholder teams.
• Support documentation of accounting projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in overheads, payroll, and record‑to‑report environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve routine accounting problems.
• Good English communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with enterprise accounting systems such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• Hands‑on experience in record‑to‑report or billing processes.
