Accountant – ERP Focus (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Accountant to join our growing finance team in Manila. The role focuses on ERP‑driven accounting processes, supporting day‑to‑day operations and ensuring compliance with Australian tax requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and payroll support.
• Perform daily transaction postings, reconciliations and assist with month‑end closing activities such as journals, accruals and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Work extensively in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to execute manual postings, generate reports and optimise system workflows.
• Support tax compliance by preparing BAS and GST schedules in line with Australian regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations) to track orders, collections and provide regular updates on financial activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle accounting operations (AP, AR, reconciliations, payroll).
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, MYOB, SAP) or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of Australian taxation (BAS, GST) or strong willingness to acquire it.
