Accountant – Construction Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant I to manage financial records and reporting, preferably within the construction sector. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day accounting operations, supporting project budgeting, and collaborating with project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company’s financial records.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Process invoices and payments related to construction projects.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Support audit processes and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Mature applicants and seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction industry accounting.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from 28,000 to 30,000 (probationary period).
• Free accommodation (meals not included).
• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM‑12:00 PM & 1:00 PM‑5:30 PM.
