Accountant – Construction Industry Focus

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant I to oversee financial records and reporting for a construction‑focused operation in Manila. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and a strong understanding of the construction sector.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable specific to construction projects.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control activities.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Preference for mature, seasoned professionals.
- Experience in the construction industry is highly valued.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of construction industry accounting practices.
What we offer
- Probationary salary range of 28,000–30,000 (currency not specified).
- Free accommodation (meals not included).
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:30 PM.
