Account Representative

About the role

Island Finance, the largest financial institution in Puerto Rico, is looking for an Account Representative to join its San Sebastián branch. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of consumer loan products while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and promote Island Finance’s financial products to existing and prospective customers.
• Provide guidance and personalized service to retain clients and attract new ones.
• Achieve sales targets in line with company goals and comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of university education or a related technical program.
• At least two years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong public‑facing and service‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high‑volume workloads, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Team‑player with good organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
