Account & Relationship Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account & Relationship Manager to own and grow partnerships with key business partners. The role focuses on building strong relationships, driving performance improvements, and identifying growth opportunities across the partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, maintaining open and productive communication.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to monitor partner operations, commercial performance, and satisfaction.
• Identify improvement areas and work with partners and internal teams to implement solutions.
• Monitor key metrics, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives that boost partner growth.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align partner needs with service delivery and prepare reports for leadership.
• Lead initiatives to increase partner engagement, retention, and satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in account management, client success, or commercial/operational roles.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Highly organized, collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in hospitality, technology‑driven businesses or fast‑paced commercial environments is a plus.
• Willingness to work under a hybrid setup and available to start as soon as possible.
