Account Manager – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own the owner experience throughout the leasing process. This remote, full‑time position requires a proactive, organized professional who can keep files moving, clients confident, and execution tight from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners during the leasing workflow, delivering a white‑glove experience.
• Drive execution by confirming readiness, gathering missing information, coordinating next steps, and preventing delays.
• Provide proactive updates so owners always know the status and upcoming actions.
• Manage time‑sensitive items with urgency, ensuring strong communication and documentation compliance.
• Maintain clean CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow‑ups, and stage movements.
• Escalate issues early to protect client satisfaction through sound judgment.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of account management experience.
• Proven ability to handle multiple client files with consistent follow‑up.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in addressing client issues.
• High process discipline and comfort working within a structured CRM workflow.
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritize quickly in a high‑volume environment.
