Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be the primary liaison between our agency and its clients, ensuring their objectives are understood and met while driving successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify client objectives, translate them into briefs, and coordinate internal teams to develop cost estimates.
• Monitor brand welfare, ensure signed cost estimates, and oversee timely billing and collection.
• Track project budgets, procure necessary funds, and keep projects on schedule.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders and troubleshoot project challenges.
• Lead and motivate teams to uphold creative and digital standards.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in client servicing, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
• Willingness to work on‑site when required, with flexibility to work remotely otherwise.
