Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities for RISE, a mission‑driven company accelerating internet services across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to company sales revenue by meeting team sales targets.
• Qualify and develop sales leads, executing on in‑sales opportunities as they arise.
• Build relationships with key persons and decision makers, directly contacting prospects and converting leads into clients.
• Identify business opportunities by researching prospects, evaluating their industry position, and analyzing sales options.
• Ensure compliance with all established sales processes.
• Maintain a positive customer experience at all times.
• Collaborate with sales support functions to drive successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Proactive and results‑driven, able to work under direction of a Senior Account Manager.
• Comfortable building relationships with decision makers across various industries.
• Committed to delivering a consistently positive customer experience.
