Account Manager – Client Relations & Business Growth

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead a team of Account Executives, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth across marketing, events, and activation projects. You will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Account Executives.
• Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue targets and client satisfaction goals.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding key accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and project execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and strategic marketing campaigns.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and provide clients with competitive insights and innovative solutions.
• Ensure timely submission of contracts, documentation, and finance approvals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within events, activations, or marketing.
• Leadership experience managing Account Executives or a sales team.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and devise strategic solutions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
• Willingness to work on‑site as needed for client meetings and project execution.
