About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager based in Cebu to manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive growth within existing accounts. The role involves developing account strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering outstanding service to meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture client relationships through regular check‑ins and performance reviews.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with sales goals.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in account management or client relations.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
