About the role
We are seeking a confident, relationship‑driven Account Manager to support merchants in a fast‑paced B2B e‑commerce environment. You will act as the main point of contact, guiding clients through onboarding, platform features, and ongoing performance reviews while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for merchants, leading onboarding, regular check‑ins, and performance review calls.
- Build strong relationships by understanding merchant needs, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Explain platform features, integrations, analytics dashboards, and operational workflows in simple terms.
- Troubleshoot operational or technical problems, coordinating with engineering, product, data, and support teams.
- Provide weekly metrics, data insights, and trend analysis on sales, risk, traffic, and fulfillment.
- Prepare client‑facing documentation, meeting summaries, and maintain detailed notes, task lists, and ticket updates.
- Track merchant submissions, including KYC/KYB requirements, ensuring timely completion.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client success, preferably in e‑commerce or B2B SaaS.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to lead calls confidently and simplify technical or operational topics.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Required skills
- Experience with analytics dashboards and reporting tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis.
- Familiarity with API‑enabled merchant tools and integrations.
