360 Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive 360 Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clients in the UAE and KSA. This remote position is open to candidates based in the Philippines and combines business development, client management, and candidate sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach potential clients in the UAE and KSA markets.
• Understand client hiring needs and pitch recruitment services.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles.
• Manage client relationships to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine outreach and delivery strategies.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency.
• Proven track record placing candidates in the UAE or KSA.
• Exposure to business development or client‑facing activities.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑starter with a founder’s mentality, adaptable and ownership‑driven.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment.
