Visa Supervisor – Travel Agency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Visa Supervisor to lead our visa operations within a dynamic travel agency in Makati. The role involves overseeing the full visa processing workflow, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with embassies and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end visa processing operations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with international visa regulations
• Manage team leaders and supervisors
• Analyze performance metrics and drive improvements
• Build and maintain relationships with embassies and external partners
• Handle high‑level client concerns and strategic planning

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in visa processing or travel management
• Proven leadership experience managing teams
• In‑depth knowledge of global visa requirements
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
