About the role
We are looking for a senior technology recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for engineering teams. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders, shape hiring strategies, and drive continuous improvement of recruitment operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for technology positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through referrals, events, university outreach, and social media.
- Create and optimize job postings across ATS and external job boards.
- Design and maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports.
- Analyze hiring data to spot trends and recommend process improvements.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and mentor contract recruiters.
- Partner closely with engineering leaders to align hiring goals.
- Support recruitment automation and business intelligence initiatives.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment.
- At least 2 years recruiting for SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.
- Proven track record sourcing senior to principal‑level technical talent.
- Experience building proactive lead‑generation or talent‑pipeline programs.
- Experience managing external agencies and mentoring recruiters.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience creating and analyzing recruitment metrics and dashboards.
