About the role
The Retail Marketing Manager will bridge marketing strategy with retail execution for a luxury beauty brand, driving commercial success through integrated campaigns and in‑store experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing, activation, and CRM programs that boost brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- Design and execute communications plans across social media, digital channels, in‑store activations, and press, aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, and Retail Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Lead new store launches, events, and product launches to enhance the in‑store experience.
- Monitor performance data to refine strategies and drive retail traffic and conversion.
Required profile
- Strong background in retail marketing, media, and public relations.
- Proven experience in marketing communications, activation, and product launch initiatives.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, CRM, and operations teams.
