Social Media Manager – Creative & Strategic Role

About the role

UMIRTA is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead digital content, branding, and community engagement for multiple brands in Makati. The role combines storytelling, trend monitoring, and campaign execution to boost online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
• Create and execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate with creatives, photographers, videographers and editors for content production.
• Write captions, copy and engagement materials.
• Monitor analytics, engagement, reach and campaign performance.
• Handle community management, customer inquiries and escalation.
• Assist in shoots, events, activations and content coverage.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Organize digital assets and ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current internet trends.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
• Creative thinker with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
