E-commerce Head – Lead Online Business Strategy

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑commerce Head to drive our online business strategy and operations in Pasay. The role will lead cross‑functional teams, shape digital marketing initiatives and ensure seamless order fulfillment to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e‑commerce strategies to maximize sales and market share.
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to guide business decisions.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including product, IT, logistics and marketing, to optimise product offerings and user experience.
• Manage budget allocation for online marketing campaigns and ensure effective ROI.
• Monitor performance metrics, set targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in e‑commerce or related fields.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving ROI.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
