About the role
The Outlet Manager for In‑Room Dining at Fairmont Makati will lead the delivery of high‑quality guest service within the hotel’s dining outlet, ensuring standards align with corporate and local expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of outlet operations to guarantee service quality.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, participate in budgeting, and monitor the Micros system.
- Train and develop team members, enhancing decision‑making, performance management, and functional planning skills.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, regional, and local standards throughout the outlet.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous).
- Minimum five (5) years of managerial experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Service‑oriented with strong guest service skills and ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
- Familiarity with loyalty programmes, Opera, and MS Office applications.
Required skills
- Micros point‑of‑sale system.
- Opera property management system.
- Microsoft Office suite.
