Meta Ads Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a driven Meta Ads Creative Strategist to own the end‑to‑end process of Meta advertising for a fast‑growing DTC health and wellness brand. The role blends creative scripting, systematic testing and performance scaling to produce video ads that feel organic yet convert.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate a creative system that delivers 5–10 weekly video ads tailored to different customer pain points and awareness levels.
• Write conversion‑driven scripts that look like organic Instagram or TikTok posts while applying direct‑response frameworks.
• Design and run systematic creative tests (e.g., multiple hooks, angles, lengths) to uncover winning patterns.
• Launch statistically significant tests, scale winning ads quickly, and retire under‑performing creatives.
• Monitor daily metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, AOV), refresh creatives weekly, and produce monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate US and Australian creators, manage production timelines, ensure quality control, and develop repeatable templates.

Required profile

• 3+ years scaling Meta ads for DTC eCommerce brands.
• Created and scripted 30+ short‑form video ads.
• Strong direct‑response copywriting skills (AIDA, PAS, etc.).
• Experience building systematic creative testing frameworks.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager.
• Comfortable owning outcomes rather than just execution.
