Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

The Digital Marketing Officer will manage and optimise the company’s digital presence across websites, social media, email, search channels and property portals. Working closely with the Group Marketing Head – Real Estate, the role supports lead generation, brand visibility and customer engagement in line with the overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and publish social media content, administer official accounts and engage with the online community.
• Handle online leads from the website, social platforms, email campaigns and property portals, qualify them and hand them over to the sales team.
• Update and maintain website content using WordPress, including project pages, property listings and digital assets.
• Plan, execute and monitor email marketing campaigns, maintain email databases and report on performance metrics.
• Support basic SEO practices to improve Google search visibility and manage property listings on real‑estate portals.
• Liaise with external digital agencies, coordinate paid‑media campaigns and stay updated on digital trends.
• Track performance of owned and paid digital media, consolidate key metrics and prepare regular analytics reports for management.
• Provide digital support for events, launches and partnership initiatives, and assist with general administrative tasks.
