About the role
Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is seeking a Head of Operations for its Philippines and Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) BMU. The role provides strategic leadership and oversight of all operational activities, ensuring effective delivery of CRS programs across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day operations for the Philippines and FSM BMU.
- Coordinate logistics and procurement functions to support program implementation.
- Ensure compliance with CRS policies, donor requirements, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with country offices, partners and stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Significant experience in operations management, preferably in humanitarian or development contexts.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑site teams and manage complex logistical networks.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and donor compliance.
