About the role
We are looking for a General Manager to lead growth, sales, market presence and brand development while overseeing manufacturing, operations and food safety standards. The role is based in Paranaque City and reports to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Drive overall business growth and increase sales performance.
- Develop and execute market and brand strategies.
- Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, including supply chain and production planning.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal standards.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior management within manufacturing or production environments.
- Strong track record of achieving sales and market expansion targets.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
