About the role
We are looking for a Research & Development Manager to lead innovation in our FMCG non‑food portfolio. The manager will drive product development initiatives and ensure alignment of processes with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the research and development function for non‑food FMCG products.
- Drive innovation and new product concepts from ideation to launch.
- Oversee product development activities and ensure process alignment with company standards.
Required profile
- Strategic leader with proven experience in product development and process alignment.
- Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and deliver results in a fast‑moving FMCG environment.

- Competitive salary of ₱50,000‑₱60,000 per month.
