Cook – Kitchen Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team and ensure high‑quality food preparation, cooking, and presentation. The role focuses on maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and efficient kitchen operations while delivering a positive dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and company guidelines.
• Monitor food presentation, taste, and temperature before service.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper storage, labeling, and FIFO rotation.
• Manage inventory levels, report shortages or spoilage, and minimize waste.
• Set up cooking stations, ensure equipment functionality, and assist with receiving deliveries.
• Support teammates to keep restaurant operations running smoothly.
• Accurately prepare orders within target service times and respond to special food requests.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
• Previous experience in cooking or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
