About the role

We are looking for a Business Architect who will bridge business objectives with technology solutions. The role involves assessing current processes, capturing high-level requirements, and designing operating models that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to create tangible business value by evaluating the current state of operations.
• Capture high-level business requirements and translate them into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
• Develop business cases to support transformation initiatives and guide implementation of key projects.
• Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems or applications.
• Apply modern development frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess current processes and define future state architectures.
• Proven experience in translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working on transformation initiatives and developing business cases.
