Brand Manager – Luxury Beauty Brands

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead financial, marketing and promotional planning for luxury beauty brands, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, profitability and growth. The role works cross‑functionally with marketing, e‑commerce and sales teams and serves as the main liaison between principals and the brand division.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate financial, marketing and promotional plans and strategies to meet sales, margin and stock targets.
• Oversee brand performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing profitability.
• Manage buying, receiving, distribution and transfer of merchandise.
• Forecast sales and inventory needs.
• Collaborate with customer experience and marketing teams.
• Drive digital and omni‑channel strategy.
• Set pricing and conduct performance analysis.
• Lead visual merchandising initiatives.
• Coordinate with functional groups for effective plan implementation.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of managerial experience in luxury retail merchandising, buying or brand management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA preferred).
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and action‑oriented.
• Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and adapt to ambiguity.
• Strong interpersonal, assertive and energetic communication.
• Leadership and team development experience.
