Analyst, Learning Delivery

About the role

The Analyst, Learning Delivery will support the end‑to‑end execution of learning programs for Johnson & Johnson’s Global Learning Enablement organization. This role ensures smooth scheduling, enrollment, learner support, and production of both virtual and onsite sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage program schedules, session setup, enrollment, communications, surveys, rosters and system updates.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite session production, including venue booking, technology, materials, catering and local support.
• Support personalized learning and closed enrollments by handling intake requests, participant preparation, coach coordination and post‑program follow‑up.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance and completion records, resolve routine issues and escalate exceptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in event management, learning, or HR operations.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with learning management and virtual delivery systems.
• Basic reporting, data cleaning and trend analysis.
• Onsite event logistics and participant experience practices.
• Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies (preferred).
