Training and Quality Lead – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Training and Quality Lead – Talent Acquisition is responsible for designing, delivering and maintaining training programs and quality assurance processes that support the end‑to‑end recruiting cycle. This role works closely with recruiters, hiring managers and talent acquisition leaders to ensure consistent, compliant and high‑quality hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain training materials, guides, job aids and process documentation for talent acquisition.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher and process training for recruiters and support teams covering requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, background checks and onboarding coordination.
• Assess training needs based on recruiter performance, process changes and business priorities.
• Manage new‑hire training programs, track completion and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Review recruiter activities and recruitment transactions for accuracy, compliance, timeliness and service quality.
• Provide constructive feedback, coaching and identify trends or root causes affecting recruiting quality or speed.
• Recommend and support process improvements, tool implementations and policy updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on change‑management initiatives and special projects related to talent acquisition operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, training or quality assurance.
• Proven ability to develop training programs and assess their impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reviewing recruitment data and metrics.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
