About the role
The Territory Development Leader will drive growth of JTI brands within the Bacoor, Cavite territory. You will lead a team of Territory Representatives and Assistant Representatives, ensuring sales targets are met while building strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to acquire new consumers and increase brand equity.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of field sales staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Plan and manage territory coverage, route plans, and headcount to meet distribution objectives.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and pricing compliance.
- Conduct trade audits, credit collection monitoring, and ensure accurate customer master data.
- Visit key wholesalers and retailers regularly to assess growth opportunities and drive business performance.
Required profile
- University or college degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales, distribution, or trade marketing.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino; other local dialects are a plus.
- People‑management experience with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business situations and propose improvements.
- Valid driver’s license (B2 or higher).
