Country Manager – Philippines

About the role

Terabase Energy is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead its operations in the Philippines. This senior leadership position will drive the local implementation of the company’s innovative solar‑software and construction automation platform, aligning global strategy with market‑specific needs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and nurture relationships with local leaders and teams to reinforce company culture.
• Collaborate with U.S. leadership, overlapping with U.S. working hours for alignment.
• Define and document business processes for the Philippines office, improving efficiency and technology adoption.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and adapt them to the Philippine regulatory environment, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Lead, inspire, and manage the local team to meet business objectives and track quarterly KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate operational and reputational risks.
• Represent Terabase with internal stakeholders, government agencies, and external partners.
• Oversee local hiring, onboarding, and employee‑engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in senior management, preferably in fast‑paced, start‑up environments.
• Experience with multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippines regulatory landscape.
• Understanding of software, engineering, or climate‑tech sectors.
• Excellent planning, coordination, organization, and prioritization abilities.
• Proven ability to build cross‑functional relationships.
