Telemarketer (Office-Based)

About the role

We are seeking confident and persuasive Telemarketers to join our team in Makati. You will represent Easy Contact Philippines Inc. by delivering scripted calls, explaining our IT publishing products, and helping businesses grow.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver scripted talks describing company products or services to potential customers.
• Explain product features, pricing, and answer customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, including those who opt‑out.
• Follow up with previous contacts to explore sales opportunities.
• Confirm prospect contact details and send information via email.
• Qualify leads by asking targeted questions.
• Use the company’s CRM and other custom applications to log activities.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1‑2 years telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent English verbal communication with a friendly, persuasive phone presence.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Makati and adapt to shifting schedules.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a strong desire to meet targets.
