Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects from concept to handover. The role involves direct supervision of site activities, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and review project plans, schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Perform quantity surveying, material take‑offs, cost estimation, and budget monitoring.
• Evaluate project costs and recommend cost‑effective construction solutions.
• Allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and resources efficiently.
• Review and validate contractor billings, variation orders, and project claims.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular status updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (licensed engineer preferred).
• Minimum 25 years of experience in construction project management, site supervision, quantity surveying, or estimation.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and engineering standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
