About the role
The Reserve Officer provides critical backup for Business Center personnel, ensuring seamless operations when key staff are absent. This role supports the bank's business objectives by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assume the duties of Service Manager, Service Officer, Service Associate, or Service Associate‑Pickup Teller during their absence.
- Perform compliance reviews on cases assigned by the Regional Service Head.
- Execute ad‑hoc tasks such as special investigations, account reconciliation, and ATM duty officer responsibilities as directed by the District Service Head.
- Process Business Center transactions within prescribed limits, approvals, and authorities in line with bank policies, the Operations Manual, and regulatory requirements (BSP/AMLA).
Required profile
- Graduate with a four‑year degree in business or a service‑industry‑related field.
- Extensive knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and branch operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a banking and sales environment and handle clients professionally.
- Willingness to be assigned to different branches, specifically Tagaytay or Imus.
Required skills
- Knowledge of BSP/AMLA regulations and other external banking regulations.
- Compliance review and case analysis.
- Account reconciliation.
- ATM operations and duty management.
