Accounting Manager

About the role

CloudCFO is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead its finance function in the Philippines. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver high‑quality financial reporting, tax compliance, and operational accounting services for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with PFRS and other regulations.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance and payroll processing.
• Manage tax computations and statutory filings, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Mentor and coach Accounting Associates, monitor performance against KPIs and conduct training.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitor variances and recommend cost‑control measures.
• Maintain and update internal control documentation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Required profile

• Dynamic accounting professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and local tax regulations.
• Proven experience leading an accounting team and driving process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping business owners succeed.
