Research Team Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Research Team Manager to lead our client services practice. In this remote position you will connect institutional investors and consulting firms with industry experts, driving insightful 1‑to‑1 discussions across multiple sectors. You will build deep knowledge of client research interests while guiding a team of associates to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Associates, handling training, coaching, workload distribution and engagement.
• Ensure team members achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute account strategies, process improvements and junior training programs to support rapid company growth.
• Recruit and coordinate industry experts worldwide, requiring flexible working hours across time zones.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to propose and implement new initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 2–5 years of people‑management experience in research, market research, sales, recruitment, consulting or related client‑facing fields.
• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in metric‑driven environments.
• Experience with expert networks, primary research or knowledge‑services firms.
• Strong ability to build teams from the ground up, including hiring and establishing processes.
