About the role

The Sales Consultant will guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey, from initial inquiry to final delivery. You will be responsible for presenting vehicle options, conducting test drives, and delivering a high‑level customer experience that meets sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles and explain features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and required documentation.
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to convert prospects into sales.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Oversee vehicle handover and provide after‑sales follow‑up.
  • Stay updated on new vehicle models, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of sales experience; automotive experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑focused attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of financing and sales processes.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications.
