Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator streamlines the talent acquisition process and ensures a smooth candidate experience. This role handles the logistical and administrative aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to interview facilitation and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics via the Apploi ATS, verify details, and send 30‑minute reminders to candidates.
• Attend interviews to welcome applicants, introduce stakeholders, and provide real‑time scribing of candidate insights.
• Conduct proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms to attract qualified talent.
• Maintain timely communication with applicants in the “Following Up” and “Requested Interview” stages, ensuring 24‑48 hour response times.
• Update the Recruitment Tracker spreadsheet daily to reflect current hiring statuses.
• Support additional administrative projects as assigned by the management team.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Proactive communication style, acting as the primary liaison for candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple interview schedules and reminders efficiently.
• Commitment to meeting a 24‑48 hour response SLA for applicant follow‑ups.
• Collaborative mindset, working closely with hiring managers and team members.
