Recruitment Candidate Consultant – UK Education (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

UCM Education is seeking 1‑2 Recruitment Candidate Consultants to support its UK Education desks from the Philippines. This full‑time, remote position focuses on fast‑paced candidate delivery for early years, teachers, teaching assistants and SEN staff placements in UK schools.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage suitable education candidates using the existing database, job boards and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews and assess candidates’ suitability, communication skills and availability.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines through consistent follow‑up and clear communication.
• Update the CRM accurately and book candidates for next recruitment steps.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to meet placement targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in candidate‑facing recruitment.
• Proactive, coachable and driven to achieve results quickly.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to manage multiple candidate interactions.
• Comfortable working remotely and delivering results from day one.
